{"id":30876,"date":"2026-03-20T10:35:27","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T13:35:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lefosse.com\/news\/oferta-permanente-newsletter-petroleo-e-gas-marco-2026\/"},"modified":"2026-03-20T15:53:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T18:53:13","slug":"oferta-permanente-newsletter-petroleo-e-gas-marco-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lefosse.com\/en\/newsletter\/oferta-permanente-newsletter-petroleo-e-gas-marco-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Permanent\u00a0Offer\u00a0Oil and Gas Newsletter March 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>ANP submits new OPP notice with 15 new blocks to Public Hearing\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On&nbsp;March&nbsp;13, 2026,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/anp\/pt-br\/assuntos\/consultas-e-audiencias-publicas\/consulta-audiencia-publica\/2026\/audiencia-publica-no-02-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Public Hearing No.&nbsp;2\/2026<\/a>&nbsp;will be held to discuss the update of the&nbsp;fourth&nbsp;Cycle of Permanent&nbsp;Production Sharing Offer (OPP) notice, with the inclusion of 15 new&nbsp;exploration&nbsp;blocks, in addition to the 8 blocks that&nbsp;were already in the last notice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The blocks of&nbsp;Cruzeiro do Sul, Rubi, Granada,&nbsp;Aragonita,&nbsp;Calced\u00f4nia,&nbsp;Cerussita,&nbsp;Malaquita, Opala,&nbsp;Quartzo,&nbsp;Rodocrosita,&nbsp;Siderita,&nbsp;Hematita,&nbsp;Magnetita,&nbsp;Calcita&nbsp;e&nbsp;Azurita,&nbsp;which were included in the draft notice, already received&nbsp;a joint feasibility statement from the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MMA) and the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three of the blocks that appeared in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/anp\/pt-br\/canais_atendimento\/imprensa\/noticias-comunicados\/manifestacao-conjunta-abrangente-e-inedita-agiliza-inclusao-de-blocos-nas-bacias-de-campos-e-santos\/sei-1181793-manifestacao-conjunta.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Joint Statement No. 001\/2026<\/a>, the&nbsp;Mogno, Limonite, and Dolomite blocks, have been removed from the draft and will be incorporated into a future revision of the notice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The update only includes the addition of new&nbsp;blocks&nbsp;and there have been no changes to the rules already&nbsp;established&nbsp;in the current notice.
