{"id":30310,"date":"2026-02-24T11:14:28","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T14:14:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lefosse.com\/?p=30310"},"modified":"2026-02-24T15:38:34","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T18:38:34","slug":"law-ensures-the-provision-of-telecommunications-services-by-cooperatives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lefosse.com\/en\/noticias\/law-ensures-the-provision-of-telecommunications-services-by-cooperatives\/","title":{"rendered":"Law ensures the provision of telecommunications services by cooperatives"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 7 January 2026, Federal Law No. 15,324\/2026 was published, amending Federal Law No. 9,472\/1997 (the General Telecommunications Law) and Federal Law No. 9,295\/1996 to ensure that cooperatives may provide telecommunications services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this regard, several amendments were introduced to the General Telecommunications Law and Federal Law No. 9,295\/1996 to expressly allow cooperatives to obtain authorization to provide telecommunications services of collective interest.
