Nuno Faria

Nuno is a counsel in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.

He focuses his activity on M&A, Finance and Infrastructure having regularly advised clients on a wide range of acquisitions, restructurings and cross-border and national financing, especially in the energy and transport sectors. Nuno started his career in Lisbon where he worked for Linklaters.

Nuno graduated in Law from Universidade Católica (Portugal), and holds an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from University College London.
